You Didn’t Break.

You Paused And Never Restarted.

You survived what should have taken you out.

Now life looks stable again, but smaller than you'd like.

Watch My Story: 10 days in a coma, spent time in heaven and spent 40 years Climbing Back

You’re Functioning. Responsible.Faithful.

But quietly you ask yourself.

"Is this really the version of my life I worked so hard to survive for?"

You feel like you are in crisis but are not.

You’re at a decision point.

THE MIRROR

Most women think surviving the breakdown is the hardest part.

It’s not.

The hardest part is what comes after.

Especially when life works again

but your ambition stays muted.

That’s where many women (and you might be one of them) choose to settle.

And this doesn't make you weak, its simply because no one told you what to do next.

I know because I spent 40+ years learning what comes after you survive.

I Didn't Learn This From Theory.

I Learned It Waking Up From A Coma

When I was 10 years old, sickle cell disease put me in a 10-day coma.

I saw heaven.

I came back.

I learned how to build and rebuild whenever I needed to.

This includes my body, my business, my identity and my purpose.

This happened over 40 years ago.

Since then, I've watched women survive their own breakdowns,
health crises, divorce, loss, burnout, only to get stuck in what I call
Stage Two: Stability.

They're healed.
They're functioning.
And they're playing smaller than they were built for.

This guide exists because I know exactly how to move past that stage.
And I know what it costs when you don't.

THE PROMISE

This guide will tell you three things clearly:

  • Where you actually are.

  • Why you feel stuck.

  • What must change, Now!

There's no motivation, no therapy language and no fluff.

Just the structure I wish someone had given me 30 years ago.

The 3 Stages You Must Cross After a Breakdown

A direct framework for women who are:

  • Healed but hesitant

  • Stable but stalled

  • Faithful but playing small

This is not inspiration.

It’s a line in the sand.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

Inside, you’ll identify:

1

Stage One - Survival

Why pushing yourself early keeps you drained

And how to stabilize without shrinking

2

Stage Two - Stability

(where most women stop)

Why “being okay” is the most dangerous place to live

And the exact actions that break the plateau

3

Stage Three - Sovereignty

How authority, leadership, and vision return

Without hustle or chaos

Stage One: SURVIVAL

You'll Learn:

The unmistakable signs you're still in Stage One

Why "just being grateful" keeps you stuck

Daily practices that create safety without stagnation

Stage Two: SURVIVAL

You'll Learn:

How to recognize you're ready for more (even when fear says you're not)

The hidden cost of staying comfortable

The pivot point between settling and sovereignty

Stage Three: SURVIVAL

You'll Learn:

What it actually feels like to lead your life again

How to rebuild ambition without recreating burnout

Faith that moves, not faith that hides behind patience

WHY THIS MATTERS

Staying in the wrong stage doesn’t just cost time.

It costs:

  • Confidence

  • Leadership

  • Earning Potential

  • Legacy

Most women don’t lose their future quietly and many times they don't see this happening.

This guide exists to stop that.

Download The Guide. Read it slowly.

Honestly.

If you recognize yourself in Stage Two,

you’ll understand exactly why I wrote it.

And when you're ready for the full story;
how I went from a 10 day coma to 40+ years of entrepreneurship, authorship, and rebuilt strength.

The book Climbing Back is waiting for you on Amazon.

This guide is the map.
The book is the journey.

Both will show you what's possible when you decide to stop settling.

After 50 Years, I Know One Thing For Certain:

Survival is not the same as success.

You didn't climb back from the edge just to live a smaller life.

You climbed back to lead & thrive.

Let me show you how.
